Cape Cod Refrigeration, Heat & A/C has been family-owned-and-operated by Shane and Adrienne Burhoe since 1996. Lifelong residents of Provincetown and Truro, they knew that this was the community where they wanted to work and raise a family. Shane is a fully certified service technician with several licenses and certificates in the field. Our business is fully insured, and we pride ourselves in offering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

In addition to Cape Cod Refrigeration, Heat & A/C, Shane and Adrienne expanded their services by purchasing Lower Cape Ice in 2008. Lower Cape Ice offers a variety of quality ice products for your commercial or residential needsand is based out of Provincetown. They continue to run both companies today and pride themselves on offering quality services and products to all of their customers.

Customer Service

What makes our company special is that we offer the highest level of customer service in an industry where larger companies just can't compete. In addition to being the owner, Shane is the primary service technician. When you call to schedule a job or to get a free quote, you'll be contacting Shane directly on his cell phone. Shane handles all job quotes personally and will show up for your service call to either perform the service himself or to supervise his assistant. We don't do a single job as a company that Shane isn't personally involved in, so you know that you are always getting personal service from the owner himself.
