• Deep clean of indoor ductless mini-split air handler(s) or your central heat pump system
• Cleaning of the corresponding outdoor condenser unit(s)
• Inspection of drains, coils, and airflow
• Removal of mold, algae, and accumulated debris from internal components
• Cleaning of blower wheel and fan housing to remove dust that reduces airflow efficiency and increases noise
• $250 per indoor mini-split unit

Optional Add-On: Refrigerant Check

• Confirms proper refrigerant levels
• Early detection of leaks or inefficiencies
• If levels are correct, we’ll confirm everything is in good order.
• If levels are low, we’ll provide an estimate before proceeding with any top-off.
• $100 per outdoor condensing unit
